Orlando Bound!

As I write this, I am frantically packing for a 4 day excursion to Orlando, Florida. From Jan. 8-11 I'm going to be a big kid, spending everyday at Disney World. Its been about 14 years since I've been, so I'm not entirely sure what I should do while I'm there.

For those of you who have been recently, what rides, sights, and restaurants should I visit?
