My Funny Valentine

What? Me, not get a valentine? Please! As you can see, I did quite well for myself this past holiday. Yes, there I am, holding a valentine. My valentine. The contents made me laugh, so I call it my funny valentine. Like the song, you see.

Why does it say "To: Mr. Daniel" on the front you might ask. Well that's what I haven't told you yet. I-uh...well I didn't get a valentine from a girl per say. Wait-no, I did. I did, in fact I received it from two girls. Yeah, it was from two girls. And their brother. All of whom were under the age of 7.

Ok, the truth is it was from some awesome kids in my church. The inside had a Mr. Potato Head Pirate, so Joey, the brother, told his mom, "We have to get this one for Mr. Daniel. He needs a pirate." And I did. I did need a pirate, and now I have one, thanks to Joey, Jessica, and Christina.

Hope everyone else's V-day was as good as mine. If anyone has any good stories from their holiday, let me know.
