Explanation of the Title...

Ok, so a few people have been trying to persuade me for some time now to try this 'blogger' thing out. And by a few people, I really just mean Grant Harrison. So here goes...

Ra'a is a Hebrew word that means visual perception, to look at, or especially for this purpose, to examine. This is the word used in Genesis for "saw" when Eve looked at the fruit from the Tree of Life, contemplating whether or not to taste of it. This is also the same word used in 2 Samuel when David looked upon Bathsheba. This was more than a look. This was an examination, from stem to stem, head to toe. A look that concluded with sin...

Here is another approach that I hope to take on this site. Since I've never done a blog, I'm sure it will take me a while to really feel at home with what to post, how to say what I want, and how to most clearly convey what I mean. So until and as that time comes, I hope this will be one way through which I can look at and examine my own life. Also, I hope to use these paragraphs to encourage, share with, and also gain insightful feedback from those of you who will read them.

Hope to hear from many of you soon---oh wait, I need to get some blogger friends now. Well, the invitation is open to all. Talk with you all then...
